Minimum of $100 order and 48 hour notice for all catering orders
HOW MUCH DO I ORDER?
Meats - We recommend 1/2 pound of meat per person. If you have 10 guests, we would recommend 5lbs. Order more, who doesn’t love leftovers! There is a 2lb minimum for each meat ordered.
Sides - we recommend a quart for 4-6 people and a 1/2 pan will feed about 10-12 people.
Sauces - A pint of sauce is enough for 6-8 people.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Keeping it Warm - After you pick it up, place in the oven at 175 degrees until ready to eat.
reheating - place in over at 250 degrees until the internal temperature is 160 degrees, which should roughly be an hour. obviously, the more meat you have the longer it will take and vice-versa.
